{"id":1294,"date":"2009-07-16T02:55:47","date_gmt":"2009-07-16T02:55:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/glaringnotebook.com\/?p=1294"},"modified":"2009-07-16T02:55:47","modified_gmt":"2009-07-16T02:55:47","slug":"walked-into-a-catwalk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/glaringnotebook.com\/?p=1294","title":{"rendered":"Walked Into A Catwalk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glaringnotebook.com\/zimages\/acwsw2.jpg\"><br \/>\n19th April 2008 &#8211; I was at Sungei Wang Plaza and stumbled upon a fashion show!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glaringnotebook.com\/zimages\/acwsw1.jpg\"><br \/>\nMan, I miss my Minolta 70-210mm F4 beercan. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glaringnotebook.com\/zimages\/acwsw3.jpg\"><br \/>\nThis was all with the A700.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glaringnotebook.com\/zimages\/acwsw4.jpg\"><br \/>\nAfter a while though, it gets repetitive &#8211; you see the same models everywhere at every catwalk.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glaringnotebook.com\/zimages\/acwsw5.jpg\"><br \/>\nSuch that I wonder, if the models ever feel like robots, merely carrying out the clothes to show&#8230; and it&#8217;s not like the group of guys who finally get to bring out their expensive telephotos actually care for what is what brand.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glaringnotebook.com\/zimages\/acwsw6.jpg\"><br \/>\nMinolta 50mm F1.4 with the 1.4x teleconverter for a soft effect. Also note what happens to the out-of-focus highlights!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glaringnotebook.com\/zimages\/acwsw7.jpg\"><br \/>\nStopped down to F7.1 controls its gauziness.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glaringnotebook.com\/zimages\/acwsw8.jpg\"><br \/>\nAh, heck.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>19th April 2008 &#8211; I was at Sungei Wang Plaza and stumbled upon a fashion show!
