\nHere is the hard-rocking Cats In Love<\/b>! <\/p>\n


\nThey throw us nice crunchy warm tube distorted bluesy licks just like they did in the 60’s.<\/p>\n


\nJimmy of Tempered Mental looks on.<\/p>\n


\nThen came the modern indie rocking Busco<\/b>…<\/p>\n


\n…formerly known as Bus Company.<\/p>\n


\nDarren Ashley on drums.<\/p>\n


\nGuitar picks on floor.<\/p>\n


\nSamuel Oh on vocals.<\/p>\n


\nJack in the back. (No he’s not part of Busco, though I am aware that my narrative style may lead you to think so.)<\/p>\n


\nThen it was the Kugiran Warga…<\/p>\n


\n…the backing band for Azmyl Yunor<\/b>, folk rocker.<\/p>\n


\nThis time though, he was all electric, with scalloped frets!<\/p>\n

When I see scalloped frets I only think of Yngwie Malmsteen.<\/p>\n


\nAlas, Azmyl doesn’t do neo-classical – he does a street ditty with his blues harp.<\/p>\n


\nReza Salleh, the hard-working organizer of Malaysia’s longest-running gig series. Not sure if this is certified by the Malaysian Book Of Records – but the Malaysian Book Of Records is just a jaguh kampung<\/i> compendium, isn’t it?<\/p>\n


\nI love the new flourescent lights. Unfortunately they removed it a few months later.<\/p>\n


\nThen came the progressive, heavy, artistic and technical metal of Tempered Mental<\/b>.<\/p>\n


\nJimmy shows us a groove.<\/p>\n


\nJack belts out mind-blowing solos in between tricky riffs.<\/p>\n
